God vs Evil

1) God wanted to eliminate evil and could not.
2) God was able to eliminate evil and did not want to.
3) God neither wanted nor could.
4) God wanted and could.
in case 1, God is impotent which contradicts his omnipotence.
in case 2, God is evil which contradicts his ultimate goodness.
in case 3, God is impotent and evil at the same time, that contradicts his omnipotence and goodness.
in case 4, if God wants and can end evil, why haven’t he? In this case God is incoherent which contradicts his perfection.
