If there are different types of fuels that doesn't generate contamination, why the countries hasn't create laws to ban the fossil-fuels

If all the countries are aware of the climate change why they doesn't create laws to protect the environment using different type of fuels that are not creating greenhouse effect?

Since there are people that say "Greenhouse effect doesn't exist", for example Donald Trump, the world would not change with these type of goverments and less by leaving them on that important position. We need to get over this type of thinking and change all what is happening, like the huricanes and earthquakes in Mexico, and with this idea of the laws it would be the best thing since slice bread.

Because or the cost that would cost to implement that kind of technology

There are alternative energies that have been proved, however, they need a higher economical invest on these, and in a future, they will be creating laws depending on the circumstances

Nicolas, there are a lot of energy sources different from the ones that use fossil fuels, like the solar energy, or wind power; even the nuclear energy is better if it is well managed. However, the issue is the place, as not all places are suitable for these energies. For example, wind energy could not be useful in places where there is not enough wind, or hydroelectric would not work without water. Many countries, like México, can't ban the use of this fuels as they totally depend on them, as well as the fossil fuels they have can be part of their economy.

In my opinion, some countries don’t take into account this type of procedures of creating laws, and that is a terrible issue, it would be better to humanity to start taking out fossil fuels out, since they are one of the most contaminant substance to the world.

Is well known for many folks that global warming is a vital issue , and it's cause is the excessive use of fossil fuels in the industry, this causes several emissions of green hosuse gases to the atmosphere; this is just a context that permit the introduction for the main reason, why global industry peferr in a greater percentage fossil fuels than renovable energies?; this for being the use of fossil fuels in industry much more rentable in terms of cost , than the use of energies such as sun radiation or wind, that even though are extremely beneficial with the planet, they have a really expensive cost for their use; reason why industries or "countries" prefer fossil fuels from renovable energies, its rentability.
