What an economic power can do, could be to get policies like low taxes for private companies that use biotechnologies. They should also adopt some economic penalties to less developed countries that do not respect the ecosystem. As well, more support on science is needed.

I agree with your idea, I think economic powers have the ball in their court, they don't have to nod off in this actual situation, although it will also help that economic powers warn their poblation about climate change and its consecuenses, so that the poblation creates a own consciousness about the problem that affects all the planet. Persons have to catch all bad habits with earth in a huge net like fishing bad or unhealthy fish and replace them with new habits and uses of energy that don't affect the planet(good fish). Our planet is the home of everyone let's take care of it!.
