What kind of belief systems doesn't allow humans to reach liberty?

There are some types of belief systems that repress in a certain way our freedom both of thought and of our actions. If you cannot avoid acting in a particular way, then your action is not free. According to this, what kind of belief systems prívate us of liberty?

Obviously the most conservative beliefs are th most closed minded. However, perhaps also the most radical liberal ideologies do not allow diferrent world views from its ideology.

I dont know i think ISIS private us of liberty but catolicism and all that kind of stuff allow us to whatever we want

I think that all belief systems restrict in some way and in more that one way our liberty, and we cannot avoid it, as we as humans we need to belief in something, the ball is in our court if what we want to believe and what is the best option of many systems that we can believe.
