Offcors i have been Cesar, it is an excellent town, I recommend you a mall called Babilonia.

I have Cesar , I lived there when i was a young girl and definitely I have the best memories of this one ,although in that time ,it was not as secure as it is today speacking about law and order issues neiher as develeped as it is now a days ,I think we have had a significant improvemnt in this topics ,therefore if in that time it was great i can not imagine how it is today ! Definetely I would love going back !

I want to! I consider very important to get to know our country, as it has so much to offer, I'll visit Yopal just in the moment I had the opportunity.
