In my opinion Girardot has the best climate as i love warm places; However, I would change my opinion acordding to the country the city belongs to.

In my opinion bogota has the best weather, it is perfect not to hot but not to cold, in bogota you can wear any kind of cloth, and also the reason I like bogota's weather is that it is not horrible hot.
