Humans have been depending on technology since industrial revolution and it is supposed to make our life's easier but we have reached a point of dependence incredibly high, so what would be our lives without technology

I think our lives without technology would not have sense because as you say we, humans, "have been depending on technology" so as we have been doing everything with technology we would not be able to continue doing it or looking for another solution or another way.
