What it takes to make the grade
Do grades encourage students to learn? What do you think? What other types of motivation would be more appropriate? Would students take subjects seriously with no grades?

Re: What it takes to make the grade
Grades is the effect of your hard work and the capacity of developing that subject; however, grades cannot always reflect your capacity and hard work, so for that reason this could not be a motivation for learning. The best way to give the student better motivation of studies and serious of it is by giving them the environment of the things that the student may be evaluated and if he past he can obtained money.
