University students at final semester teach the literate as a requirement for graduation

I believe that giving the opportunity to students so they can teach a subject in their last semester is very useful. Thinking about that idea must have been very stressful because some times politicians are not able to help people in their community because of burocracy. For me, this idea must be implemented for private and public universityes because it is not only cheaper for the government to provide education , but we have to think about what we as students could have done if this had been implemented many years ago. One of the benefits is that the government would have more money to repear the streets at the drop of a hat.
