Is it a long shot to get Gender Equality?

It is known that women's right are mostly ignored by the International Community. I fully believe that the word "feminist" needs to stop been interpreted like a rude or unattractive word, because it is just a word that defines a woman who wants to defend her rights. We need to stop thinking that some jobs are only for men, and that women are too delicate for some tasks. Women do not belong to the kitchen or to take care of children only, because they can be an excellent business worker. To succeed in this path to arrive to Gender Equality we also need to talk about men. They should be allowed to express their feelings and not to repress what they feel, because of fear of being called feminine. We need to open our minds and understand that each one of us has the same capacities of doing things and that not somethings are ment for a gender in particular.
