Does doing drugs count as a hobbie?

Many people may say this is a stupid question, but think this way, some people smoke weed or snort whatever thing they want in their daliy basis, but they take it as a ritual, as something special, although this could leed to some big serious problem, give your opinion.

Santiago, casually or constantly, inserting smoke in your lungs is pretty bad for your health. It obviously depends on the toxicity of the burning product, but drugs in general are a public health issue and aren't a hobbie at all.

Yes because I consider hobbies like something you like to do everytime, and if drug addicts do drugs all the time and enjoy it so that's their hobbie.

Nooo! It is not even a hobbie it is a waste of time just making fast money... It is not fair that people consider it a good way of passing time because it has bad consequences and it doesn't gives any benefit... When the police catches them I don't want to see them cry into spilled milk :p
