I think having a pet, specially a dog, can help owners in adopting healthy lifestyles by increasing exercise, providing companionship and reducing anxiety.

For me a pet isnt the perfect solution for psicological problems but it help alot for some people that live very alone or that doesnt have friends.

I think that pets are a company that everybody needs to have because a human being should be able to love something different than a person and for me this incondicional love for something that can not even talk is a solution for a lot of illnesses like depression.
