Do you think is more important the effort or the talent to be successful?

I think both are important, but the effort is more important because to reach success you need to work really hard and have patience to be the person you want to be, but without enough talent it may be really difficult, so what do you think? Which of both is more important to reach success?

I think that to be successful we need to have breakeven, because you need to achive the goals one way or the other. And also it depends in wich enviroment we are talking about because for exmple in school the effort and the discipline is very important to be successful and in the other hand the university because it onlu counts if you have the talent or not.

Both are very important. We can't say that talent can be changed by effort. If you have the ability to do it then work on it and you will get to bet very good at it, but if you born without talent then you should try another thing. Fact not opinion.
