Are we aware of the damage caused by humans to the ecosystem?

The ecosystem had suffer too much damage because humans have intervene making irreversable changes like the extinction of species. Also some natural dissasters are caused by humans.

In my opinion, some groups of humans are very conscious and are creating solutions for this global problematic however, some sorts of people continue doing damage to the world.

I agree with you Gabriela. But, there are not all the humans, there is a group of people that is councious of the ecosystem damage like the defenders of wild life. While others, are still contaminating and they don't care. and, people should be councious that if they still damaging the ecosistem, one they planet earth would be unhabitated.

Many people are aware of the damage made to the environment; however, due to the great amount of industrialization, great amount of people care about the products made and merchandised by the big companies, but not care about the impact in the environment

I agree with Gabriela when she says we, humans, have caused the damage to the ecosystem. We are responsible of the changes that are occurring in the environment, the natural disasters, the climate change, etc. When I say we, I'm generalizing, however,  I'm sure everyone of us has at least done something to pollute our world. For example, al though smoking a cigarette increases pollution, we keep doing it, ignoring it as if it was just a little fly flying around you, taking into account it also affects your health.  Maybe never have you done an environmental damage on purpose, but also have not done anything to cut off this problematic. Actions speak louder than words, we usually think how bad the situation is, but don't do anything about it.

You are right Santiago when you say that they are not all humans causing damage to nature. However, almost everyone is accepting capitalism which is the principal cause of ecosystem damage. People needs to be aware that supporting unnecessary things such as having 3 TVs at home is demanding companies to do more and more things to fulfill the "necessities" of each person.
When you ask around, people would have different opinions and that is not incorrect; however, we need to make them conscious of the first reason of this problem.
Truly this is a hot potato but we need to stop discussing like dogs in heat and start doing actions to solve this problem.

I agree with you Gabriela, as you said:"The ecosystem had suffer too much damage because humans have intervene making irreversible changes…" this is a real fact that is present in every day for humans and is a issue that needs to be ended in order to have a better future for our next generations. A solution can come up with little groups of people acting towards it, we humans need to think up for solutions that can start from little places such as: your home or your work. In addition we need to take off many activities that make damage to the ecosystem or if they are necessary, reduce their impact. However we can't stay only with proposing solutions we need to act, actions speak louder than words, we need to start a change. Now a days, the ecosystem is suffering a lot of transformation or as you said: "irreversible changes", many of the places that conform this ecosystems are destroyed, like the titanic sunk in the ocean. In fact, start reducing this impact can let that nature reconstruct its structure, taking into account a sort of time for it.

Well is clear that we humans have clear interest on making just money. That’s why we pass over nature and over our “loved” ecosystem.
We in public defend ecosystem, but in privacy we still don’t care about it.
We are totally aware but interest and thinking that it will never affect us the ecosystem damage, it is the same for us.

Clearly humans are not aware of the damage cause to the ecosystem, since we don’t think in what our actions can affect nature. We are so aware of what happens to humans, but we don’t think in our environment; where we coexist with nature.

We are not aware for a simple reason. If we were aware and if we cared as we must care for our ecosystems, we would stop doing things that cause the ecosystem and habitat loss and do more thing to prevent animals to die, trees to be cut and the pollution to grow as much as it does.
