Could world be better without religion?
First of all, is innegable that religion has been a source for human moral and ethics (getting apart from how). Even some legislations get some influence, positive and negative, mainly in Middle East. From this reason, one could say humanity has had a more moral way of viewing the world, as it gets some 'commandments' from religous sources.
However, as humanity has evolves, more and more different views of the world have arrived, and the way to resolve it, has been with the conflict: a conflict that lasts for a lot of time. And as we all know, the conflict is the main source of undevelopment, as World Wars can proove.
An other way to think it, is if the world had just a single and uniform-expanded religion. No matter wha, this is a utopy.

Dear Nicolas. Since the beginning of the times we were raised (as humans) in the way that we should believe in someone or something. At the beginning we have the admiration on one person of for example a defined community. But as time passes, we turned this figures into God’s. Furthermore, believing in something that have been raised with us since such a long time (Religion in this case), is impossible to be quit now days. And answering your answer if the world would be better, let me tell you that it won’t. The wars would continue, poor people will continue, and the evil would continue.

It would be certainly easier if everyone believed the same things, but since we do not we cannot force anyone not to believe something nor to make them believe it. Either way, the world we now is "good" because of the diversity we know of cultures, and considering some cultures depend on their religion, we can actually thank religion for the diversity of cultures it has creative. However, this does not justify crimes or any harmful treat to any other religion.

Dear William, I’m sorry I disagree with your position, and I will tell you why. First of all, it is true that religion isn’t the base of every conflict the world has gone through, although it has been hae cause of many deaths worldwide. By not having religions, the world would have avoided this deaths and prevented wars between countries in the medieval centuries. Also, as an actual problem we have the ISIS, which are radicals believers of Alah and the Islam that basically kill in horrendous ways black people, kids, elders, women and make terrorist attacks worldwide as a sign of respect to it’s god and hate for those who don’t believe in their religion, making it complicated to talk about ISIS without risking your own life or your family’s. When talikng about religion you have to walk on egg shells, thus you never know how can other people react to your beliefs. This problems could be avoided if we don’t have a religion, William, and even if there are more problems remaining in the world, many could disappear by deleting all the beliefs systems slowly, and “waking up people” so they finally see the religions aren’t useful or important in our decisions
