Does the EEUU be permitted to participate in Syria's conflict?

The EEUU is claiming that they will participate or act about this issue, but this is really fair knowing they could make things worse?

In my opinion, EEUU shouldn't participate in Syrian conflict, first of all because Syria has already intervention from the Russian federation in its territory; second, United State's intentions have always come with hidden interests, moreover, it has been proven that EEUU finances the groups that have been causing terrorism in Syrian terrorism, so accepting this country to interfere will only worsen the siyptuation.
