What is cheating exactly?

Is kissing with someone else cheating? Or flirting with someone? Hugging someone counts as cheating? This is a huge question since everyone has an individual concept of what cheating is.

I believe that cheating is the action of breaking the compromises you have made with the other person in the monet you decided to be together, meaning that if you agreed to be in a serious relatioship, you implicitly accepted some moral agreements to be faithfull to the other person, unless you specified the kind of relationship you are in. saying this, if you are in a serious relationship, kissing with someone else is indeed cheating, and the same with flirting, since those things are exclusive for the person you are in a relationship with. However, I don't think that hugging someone else is necessarily cheating; not only does it depends on the person who is being hugged, but the intentions of the hugger.
