why is impossible to end with world poverty?

Is it possible, but it a need a lot of collaboration between all the develop countries in order to help countries that have a lot of poverty, as Kim Yong Kim, president of the World Bank, we could be the first generation in history to put end to extreme poverty in the world; By folowing five steps that are: 1) invest in the development of people, for example improve the education. 2) invest more resources in health and nutrition. 3) protect the most vulnerable people in different countries.4) Promove a better use for water and have better sanitary conditions at the different countries 5) The different countries around the world should pay more attetion to the environment actual conditions and problems. If all countries follow those steps extreme poverty would disappear.

Its impossible as we are all diferent, with different thinkings and perspectives about the world around us, and making a change in a world were one person would like to help others, with another one that only want to continue having a sustainable life, its like balding hair.
