Why digital world is changing us? Is it making some damage on us? If yes how is it making this damage ?

I’m some way, it is making our life’s easier, but in a bigger way it is damaging them. Our family time is being taken by the digital world and the vast amount of possibilities it gives us to do anytime. Relationships are not the same as 20 years ago, people use their phones a lot as they become more dependent to them. To add up, technology is each time getting bigger and giving us more possibilities, making us go farther from having any touch with other human and more time in touch with the Internet.
