Should people really ever confess to cheating on someone?

I totally agree with you juliana, even if you made a mistake by cheating on someone you were in a relationship with, is very important to say the truth and try to save the relationship, we are all humans and we all make mistakes, but that doesn't mean we have the right to lie about it to the other person. At the end of the day, the truth will ome to the light, so its better that the other person finds out from you and not from someone else because that would worsen things. As Michelle Obama once said: "We learned about honesty and integrity - that the truth matters... that you don't take shortcuts or play by your own set of rules... and success doesn't count unless you earn it fair and square."

Yes, if you are in a relation, you have to take into account that no lies are well seen, many people may have negative reactions, but some may not. Cheating is something that no one would like to reactive, but if you say it with total truth ness it's better than not telling it.
