Many people nowadays are successful only by putting a camera in front and start talking but that is all or we can do something else to be recognized

It depends on your point of view of succes, because depeneding on what is being successful for you, the elements that you may need to be successful can change, for example a player of football would have different elements to succes than a person who wants to be president.
