How can we make foreign people feel part of our society?

Usually we think that foreign people are just people who are just interested to visit and learn new things, but we as native should make them feel more comfortable and open to learn and feel part of what our country and society are.

I think that we can make people feel part of the society introducing to it because if they don't know anything about our culture they would be lost and do not feel part of our society.

Foreigners would feel part of the society if we made our culture part of our day to day. The foreigners would know better our culture if we display it, and they would enagage and feel part of it
