Ilegal downloading of music from the Internet

I think that downloading music from the Internet should not be an illegal activity, as it does not represent any significant loss to the artists, yet permits people to enjoy the product that is offered, which is the real purpose of the songs or musical products. Performers are still gaining money, and listeners are allowed to access the music with no difficulties or prices.
