Sometimes there are not always needed, or depending on the hobby and the discipline you have towards this hobby , how it will improve your lifestyle and your happiness.

I practice a hobby , well I not consider it exactly a hobbie but I see it as a discipline and way the get lost for a few hours. Hobbies will improve your discipline and the way you arrange your time not only for this but also for the chance you have to connect with yourself in order to relax and let go all your problems for an specific period of time.
