Are foreigners disrespectful to Colombians?

I am not sure. I have noticed that people use language as a way to communicate so that others don´t understand. Could this be a way of doing offenses in our country?

I think that some of them are disrespectful when they say that Colombian are only cocían consumers and that is something That it's not true, the person which gave Colombia this image is Pablo Escobar and that is a reason why Colombia should not permit the international community to associate Colombians with narcotrafic.
