Can a single mother, or single parent raise a children?

Most people think single mothers or single parents shouldn't be permitted to raise a children since the absence of one of them can make raising a children more complicated.

Probably they can, but it would also depend on the child that is being raised. To give permission for this raising, the people who control these type of things should take into account the economical status of that person,as well as the type of place in which he or she is living and possible illegal background. Moreover, there should be a constant checking of the kid´s conditions and whether he likes it or not.

They should permit single parents raise their children, fulfilling certain points like economical status, time that will they spend with them, living conditions, good enviroment and others. This conditions will assure the kid a good and happy life. If this single mother or father doesn’t fulfill this conditions, they shouldn’t be allow to raise their children.
