Does sustainable living depend on the country on which you live?
Facts say that there is a better quality of life, for example, in European countries such as Norway and Finland, contrasted to what we see nowadays in African countries and some countries from the Americas, I think that we have to blame the country and the different attributes that this gets compared to other countries, such as education and government, I would like to know what you think about this and if you could give a possible solution

The countries yo mentioned: Norway and Finland have the most fascinating and well developed educational systems. In that countries being a teacher is a profession of great respect, pride and a very good salary as these countries put the education before others because they know that education is the basis of a well structured society. With a good base, a country can develop in a prolific way and have an excellent economy.
