Does Juan Manuel Santos deserves the peace Nobel Prize ?

Afeter ending the oldest conflict (52 years) in the western hemisphere, does the Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos deserves the Nobel peace Prize?

Eventhough that the Colombian conflict will now end on his goverment, that doesnt mean he deserves such an important award. He hasnt been the best president, he has committed a lot of mistakes and for me he didnt end war. This final agreement is the result of years of conflict, victims, negociations, and more stuff. If the conflict ends it is not because of him, is because he is just being part of the end of a long process.

Juan Manuel Santos do not deserve anything, he is just hiding his corrupt acts with the plebiscite which is going to destruct Colombia if memeber of FARC are going to government places
