What do you think about schools restricting your liberty of expression?

The bast majority of schools in Bogotá have in their ''Manual de Convivencias'' stated that kids can't paint their hair any color, they can't use piercings, thay can't use some type of clothes, etc. Do you think this is fair? Why yes or why no

It is not fair not because of a personal perspective but due to the fact that the Constitutional Court ruled it's illegal to put that on the convivence manuals. That is why we should be aware that as the school tells us and teachs us to respecto the constitution (1991) they also violate it on our back. Isn't that hipocrite?

I hate that school restrict our liberty of expression , we should be however we want because every person have their own way of been , and we can not damage that. Govermet should make this rule ilegal , it is not fair.

Sofía, in fact, it is indeed illegal and the education ministery will check the convivence manuals. Lets hope corruption is not an issue.

I think that it isn't fair at all because we have many ways of expressing ourselves and actually sometimes at school they teach us to be ourselves and do not allow others to change our personal laity or way of being and schools restrictions many posibilites of liberty expression
