Should arranged marriage at a young age be banned?

In many cultures, arranged marriage is seen as a common practice, especially with kids; this is mainly due to religion factors, but still it is a violation to the human rights; should arranged marriage be banned worldwide without exception?

They are two general perspectives from which we could take this topic, the first one is based on the society ethics, from which logically marriage at young age should be banned for lack of maturennpess, suport, and other reasons from which the logical thinking will banned the problem mentioned; in addition, the political resons that have to be related with the political interest of its country.
