Who has contributed the most for the Colombian film? Simon Brand or Dago Garcia?

Which of this two people has contributed the most for the Colombian film industry?

Both have great advantage on the producing films in which gave to Colombia important achievements I caught between two tools; however there is something that Simon Brand could be a slight difference from Dago Garcia and is that he get the most highest grossing in 2008 but also gets the third place on the history of cinema in Colombia.

I think Dago García because he has shown that a Colombian actor can interpret outter foreign papers like the one he did in Moulin Rouge without leaving behind the characteristics of his country directing and apearing in a lot of other Colombian films.
