Smartphones should be allowed for me in the school, however for this there should be specific rules, like not using them in te classes however they could be use at reases time

Smartphones should be allowed I school, but they could be only used during breaktime. For example, in our school we already have an investigation tool (which is our Ipad) but in other places, there is no tool as this one, so probably in other schools they could be used for educational issues too. Anyways, these technological devices shoul be permitted with some rules imposed and discussed by the directives and the student council.
