Is your s.o kissed another person and says he/she didnt felt anything speacial, would you still count it as cheating? Would you forgive?

I think a kiss is consider cheating, because you have no reason to kiss another person that is not who you love. If you are single is okay, but if you are into a relationship yo have to respect that person.

I think it is cheating regardless you felt nothing or not, you kissed another person that is not you official partner
