Should homosexual men receive a legal penalty for kissing in public?

Homosexual men should receive legal consequences for kissing in public because there are kids for example that see this people kissing as if it is normal but it is not, it is attempting to the natural being of humans. I found unpleasant seeing two man kissing and most of the people too, so if there are penalties for men to micturate in streets there should also be penalties for homosexual to kiss each other and do other thing in public.

No they shouldn't, they have the right to express their love, still no matter the sexual orientations they should exist certain limits between couples behavior in public as some of their love affections can incomodate others.
