Daniel, the Colombian Constitutional court rulesd last week that private or public schools can't prohibit on their manuals to have cellphones on the installations, to wear piercings even to dye our hair. They say the decission is based on the fereedom of free development in teenagers and kids. As srtudents, we must stand towards school and show them we are future citizens. The school claims they empower leaders and we sill show them that a leader is the one who defends the constitution and rules from opression, tirany and corruption. As soon as there is a case of the school violating the statement of the Court it should be us, the students, who should go and argue the directves that that is illegal and that they can't sack us or suggest us to leave school if we don't like their rules( the court was also specific on that) as they are denying our constitutional right to get the type of education we want and were we want to take it!
