China has already started building artificial islands to get a comercial and economical advantage to other countries (not to habit their population). If countries with the economic capacity start to develop this techniques in the different oceans of the world, the marine ecosystem will have a negative future developments, since a lot of space will to be occupied, and the artificial elemnts could be even harmful for the habitants.
